Stayed tuned for information! These are a great way to obtain CEUs, especially the required topics which ASHA requires. Upcoming courses may include DEI, Ethics, and Supervision. Keep an eye out!

In order to complete this course and earn ASHA CEUs, the participant will attend the course in its entirety as well as complete and return a self-evaluation form.

Study Groups

These are free to members, meet at least 4 times per year and are usually 1.0-1.5 hours in length per session. They are a great way to learn in a small setting with further discussion and networking. Sessions are generally virtual. All sessions are approved for ASHA CEUs.

  • Southern Tier Study Group

    6:00-7:30 PM | Virtual

    The Southern Tier Area branch of CNYSLHA presents a study group given in four sessions in 2025. Open to current CNYSLHA members.

    This series is offered for up to 0.6 ASHA CEUs. To receive ASHA CEUs, you must attend at least 3 of the 4 programs and complete a self-evaluation form via Google forms.

  • Medical SLP Study Group

    5:45-6:45 PM | Virtual

    CNYSLHA presents a study group of (TBD) sessions in 2025. In order to earn ASHA CEUs for this series, participants must complete and return a self-evaluation form. Certificates of attendance will be offered for participants.

  • Pediatric Study Group

    CNYSLHA presents a study group given in four sessions. In order to earn ASHA CEUs for this series, participants will attend at least 3 of 4 sessions as well as complete and return a self-evaluation form. Certificates of attendance will be offered for participants.
